“LOTS” to Update! New Development COMING SOON!

Helen Scott Custom Builders, Inc. is pleased to announce its acquisition of 49 acres in Medina County!  Located in Wadsworth Township, Phases II and III of Woodhaven Preserve will feature a total of 28 new, single-family home sites!  These 1.5+ acre lots with city sewer are located in a wooded setting with rolling acreage, located 3.5 miles South of I-76 at the corner of Route 94 and Wall Road.  They will range from $79,900 to $89,900.

This quiet community offers the best of country living with the close proximity of city life.  Development of Phase II is already underway, and will offer 11 sites which are expected to be completed later this Fall.  Lot reservations will be accepted with a deposit on a first-come, first-served basis.  The development of Phase III will commence at a later date once all Phase II lots have been sold.

As the exclusive builder for this project, Helen Scott Custom Builders will continue to focus on its quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and long-standing relationships.  Custom homes including lot will start in the upper $400’s.
