New Floor Plan!

Many of our clients prefer to start a blueprint from scratch, customizing every detail of their future home as they go.  However, to some, the mere thought is just too overwhelming.  We frequently get inquiries from customers asking if we offer specific floor plans.  While we do not duplicate homes that our previous clients have designed and built, we can offer many examples of floor plans that can be customized to fit your individual needs.  We also have some new floor plans that have been designed specifically for us to accommodate a wide range of tastes, preferences and needs - including this one!

This "to be built" home is a 1.5 story located in the Grove of Weatherstone in Wadsworth, Ohio - just minutes from the expressway, shopping, and more!  It features 2,134 square feet of an open floor plan with a 1st floor master bedroom.  For more details, visit http://www.helenscotthomes.com/real-estate/oh/wadsworth/neohrex/3481068/325-edenmore-wadsworth-oh-44281.html.  This home can also be built on your lot.
